Track Your Order
On this page
Every order ships with a tracking number. Here is where to find it, what each status actually means, and when a quiet tracking page is worth worrying about.
Finding your tracking link
- Shipping confirmation email. Sent the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, with a "Track your order" button. Check spam and Promotions if it is not in your inbox.
- Your account. Sign in at appyquo.com/account, open the order, and the tracking link is on it. Ordered as a guest? Use the same email at sign-in and Shopify will email you a code — no password needed.
- Ask us. Send your order number to support@appyquo.com and we will resend it.
What the statuses mean
- Order placed — payment confirmed, order in our queue. Nothing has shipped yet.
- Preparing / ready to ship — being packed. This is your last chance to cancel.
- Shipped / in transit — with the courier and moving. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
- Out for delivery — on a vehicle for delivery today. Keep your phone reachable.
- Delivery attempted — the courier could not hand it over. Usually nobody available or the phone was unreachable. They normally retry the next working day.
- Delivered — signed for or handed over. If you do not have it, tell us the same day.
- Returned to origin (RTO) — coming back to us after failed attempts or a refused COD parcel. We will contact you about a refund or a reship.
Tracking has not updated. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Parcels go quiet on long trunk routes and over weekends, and a two- or three-day gap between scans is ordinary. Worth contacting us when:
- There has been no movement for seven days.
- The status says delivered but you have nothing — check with neighbours, security, and family first, then write to us the same day.
- Tracking shows a city nowhere near your route for more than a few days.
- It says delivery attempted but nobody contacted you, twice or more.
In each case send us your order number and we will open a courier investigation. Those take up to seven working days. If the parcel cannot be traced, we replace it or refund you in full.
A warning worth reading
Parcel-delivery scams are common in India. A real courier will never ask you to pay a "customs fee" or "clearance charge" by UPI, and neither will we. We will never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, or card details to release a parcel. If a message asks for any of that, it is a scam — forward it to us and we will confirm.
