Why two names

Keeping the company and the storefront separate is ordinary practice, and it is useful for you in two ways.

First, accountability. Every order you place, every payment you make, and every policy on this site is a contract with Pta Nhi — a real registered business at a real address, not an anonymous storefront. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy both name the company, so you always know who is on the other side of the transaction.

Second, room to grow. AppyQuo is the first brand Pta Nhi operates. If there are others later, they will be listed here, and each one will carry the same policies and the same support address.

What the name means

"Pta Nhi" is how people actually type pata nahi — Hindi for "don't know" — when they are in a hurry. We kept it because it is the honest starting point for anyone shopping online. You do not know yet. The whole job of a store is to answer that, and a company that pretends to know everything is usually the one hiding something.
