Every policy that governs shopping at AppyQuo, in one list. We have tried to write these in plain language. Where the law requires specific wording, it is there, but the summary above each link tells you what it actually means.

The legal core

These five are the binding documents. They also appear at checkout, and they are the versions that apply if there is ever a dispute.

• Privacy Policy — what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
• Refund & Return Policy — We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
• Shipping Policy — dispatch times, delivery estimates across India, charges, and what happens to a lost parcel.
• Terms of Service — the agreement between you and Pta Nhi when you buy from this store.
• Contact Information — the legal entity, registered address, and how to serve notice.

Longer, friendlier versions of the same ground, written to help you get something done rather than to satisfy a regulator.

• Returns & Refunds — step by step: how to raise a claim and how long a refund takes to land.

Site and conduct

• Disclaimer — the limits of what our product information and content can promise.

Which one applies?

If a practical guide and a legal policy ever seem to disagree, the legal policy at /policies/ is the one that governs your order. The guides exist to explain, not to override. If you spot a genuine contradiction between the two, tell us — that is a bug in our writing and we will fix it.

Changes to these policies

We update policies as the store grows. Material changes are reflected on the pages themselves with a revised date, and if a change affects an order you have already placed, the version in force when you ordered is the one we honour.
