AppyQuo is a general online store run by Pta Nhi from Chhattisgarh, India. We sell a mixed catalogue — everyday tech, accessories, and useful things for the home — and we would rather carry fewer items we can stand behind than a warehouse of things we cannot.
Who we are
Pta Nhi is the company. AppyQuo is the storefront you are shopping on. The name is not a placeholder, it is the point: "Pta Nhi" is Hindi for "don't know", and that is honestly where every product search starts. You do not know yet whether a thing is any good. Our job is to close that gap with clear descriptions, real photographs, and answers that do not dodge.
We are a small team. There is no call centre and no queue-management software. When you write to us, one of the people who actually runs the store reads it.
How we choose what to sell
Three questions decide whether something makes it onto the site:
- Does it do the one job it claims to do? If a product needs a workaround to work, it does not get listed.
- Can we describe it accurately? Specifications, contents of the box, and the limitations. If a listing has to stay vague to sound good, we drop the product instead.
- Can we support it after the sale? Replacements, claims, and questions six months later. A product we cannot service is not a product we can sell.
What you can expect from us
- Honest listings. Real photos and real specs. If something is a budget option, the listing says so.
- Straight answers. Every message gets a reply within 24 working hours, including the awkward ones.
- Secure checkout. Payments run through Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. We never see or store your card details.
- A clear position on returns. Anything damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered gets replaced or refunded. We say so plainly on our Returns & Refunds page, including what is not covered.
